Hank Dyed Yarn

Dyed yarn can be divided into two kinds one is bobbin dyeing yarn and the other one is hank dyeing yarn. For the quality of bobbin dyeing yarn, it should control the winding density of cone yarn well and prevent dyeing opaque. Bobbin dyeing yarn is mainly used for tatting, knitting, and covering adventures. For Hank dyeing yarn, the first process is twisting or making the intermingle for the cone yarn and then making the cone yarn to hank yarn, then making the hank yarn to muff yarn; after that, the muff yarn will be dipped into the dye vat for dyeing. The Hank dyeing yarn has good elasticity and soft touch. Hank dyeing yarn is mainly used for socks, tape, sweaters, etc.
